Havana is no ordinary city and I was lucky enough to cross it off my bucket list earlier this month. A place stuck in time where most locals know nothing more than enjoying the simple things in life. Its colorful old-fashioned buildings going as far back as the 1500s, extremely talented musicians in every other corner and the iconic 1950’s Chevys in every color you can imagine. La Habana is like no other Carribean capital city. Its vibrant vibe and culture can’t be replicated. Smiling faces everywhere you go,
I didn’t realize how bold it actually was to pack everything up and leave the comfort of my hometown, family, friends and childhood home. That is the beautiful thing about being a young dreamer. For me it’s more than just a photo, but a form of creative expression. I am currently digging through my treasure of over 20 photo apps to share with you my top 5 faves! You can thank me later!
Its been a while since the idea of starting a blog started floating around my head. I assume that most “wannabe” bloggers all share a few things in common, starting with feeling a little silly and shy about letting others into our thoughts. Additionally, I wonder who the hell actually wants to read what I have to say?
I decided that today would be the day that none of that matters. Today I start to let my thoughts flow. So what can you expect from my blog?
